Very professional and polite customer service. Took my car here after I got new tires for an alignment because I had a pull to the right. Pretty fast alignment job maybe 30 – 45 mins, I thought everything was cool but after a few minutes I noticed it seems to pull to the left a little. Not sure what’s up but didn’t have time to take it back and now a couple weeks have passed and I don’t want to be charged again. Not sure how the test driver didn’t notice the pull to the left. Hopefully my warranty on the tires isn’t voided out from irregular wear. Next time I get my tires rotated and balanced I’ll come back to change this review to either 1 or 5 depending on if I have irregular tire wear. Hoping for the best because I appreciate a good family run small business.

This was my first time here and I found them on Unilocal.I was pleasantly surprised with the service. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was for a serpentine belt and Pep Boys wanted 260.00 for the repair. They only charged me 75.00 and I bought my own belt. Great experience and would highly recommend this to my friends and family. I found my new local mechanic shop.

A little over a year ago I needed work done on my Van. I had been reamed by Goodyear several times paying them thousands I believe were overcharges. America’s Tires told me to try Chase so I did. The Owner (or Boss) was friendly open and honest. He didnt try to get me to have extra work done and only did the required repair. the cost was a fraction of what Goodyear seemed to charge me everytime I walked in. He explained to me what was needed and cost. He told me if there were other issues and if they could wait or not. Goodyear always gave heavy push to do other repairs that could wait. I have returned to Chase. several times each time being treated fair and not gouged. They do the work required stand by it and work with you if needed. This is how all businesses should run not just Auto repair. They put customers first and I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Need. My family and I have been taking our cars to Javier for years. Really honest and professional guy, I have never had any issues or complaints about Chase.

They were referred by my tire store that I have worked with for 10 years. They recommend them for alignment and said they will be straight up.
They showed me what happened to my alignment, what it will take to fix it, how much it will cost, when they could do it, and the report of how the alignment is when work was completed.
Did NOT try to cross sell any upgrades or other BS. Price was reasonable, car was done on time.
5 stars. Price good, Credit cards accepted, knowledgeable and transparent.
Next week they get my wifes car… stay tuned!

Javier and Chase work on all my cars and have for over 10 years. The thing I like about them is they are always fair on price and in the rare event they can’t do something they will tell me who can!

I’ve been taking my cars to Chase for 12+ years. They always get the job done for a very reasonable price. They installed and repaired engines, brakes, AC, suspension, you name it they have done it. Old school or new school he is always ready to help. Javier the owner, Chris (son)and Gabriel are the best around. If you want to save some time, get great service at a reasonable rate, go to Chase Auto Tech.

I’m leaving town soon and I had to make sure that I did a review for these guys before I left. If you need work done on your car and you’re looking for a reasonable and reliable place to go don’t look any further. I can honestly say that Chase Auto is one of the best shops I’ve been to.
I’ve only been to this place a couple times and it was for a timing issue on an 88 rv in order to pass smog. The first time I got it retarded and the second time I got it advanced. Here’s the cool part though, there was a gap of 4 months between the two (life got in the way). Yet, Chris (son) remembered me over the phone and Javier (owner) remembered that he had offered to do it for no charge.
Now I know I haven’t had any serious work done here, but I’ve seen how they treat other customers and overheard them talking to them and I can tell you two things for sure: they know what they’re doing and they’re a group of good guys. Oh and bonus, the prices are great! So stop having to guess and go get some actual help from the guys at Chase Auto!

A couple years ago, after moving from Riverside, CA back to my home state, on my next tune up I found cheap, low grade spark plugs in my car that looked 100 years old. Some had no spark left. I had Chase do my last tune ups on a regular and responsible maintainence schedule. I paid for new expensive premium plugs. Where did they go? I can only assume Chase was responsible for the scam.

I have been going to Chase for several years for alignments. Javier (owner) is an honest guy. I have a truck with off road suspension which most places will stare, scratch their head and say they cannot align it. Javier and his crew every time can get my truck close to factory specs.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest job.

A great place to take your car they will not rip you off Javier the owner will keep the prices down but get the job done right the first time I tell all my friends

I was referred here by the gentlemen at America’s Tire. They couldn’t diagnose the sound that was being generated from the right passenger side tire area where they installed my new tire.
I called them and spoke to Javier, the owner, and he said to bring the car by and they could inspect my car the same day. The first guy to test drive my car couldn’t hear the noise so I went with the second guy, Gabriel, on a test drive and we heard it. On the way back to the shop he gave me a couple of different scenarios on what might be wrong. They put my car on the lift and couldn’t find anything wrong.
While waiting for my car, Javier taught me about timing belts and seals. Gabriel got my car down and I went out the door without having to spend a penny since they do inspections for free.
Probably going back to this auto shop since they don’t mind doing work on Saturdays and they are open until 2:30.
