So I went in today to get a fill and a pedi and a very RUDE lady by the name of Kelly did my toes. She yelled at me for not holding my foot the right way, yelled at me for not knowing what chair to sit in. Pretty much made me feel extremely uncomfortable for having eczema and treated me badly but attempted to be fake nice once I called her out on her rudeness. If it wasn’t for the sweet lady MINDY who works there I would never ever ever go back to this place I use to love coming here to get my feet done but honestly after today I hate this place. KELLY kept her gloves on to paint my toes even after she cleaned my feet. Just horrible service I think my picture speaks for it’s self.

Had by far the worst set of nails done else where & was told about this shop by my aunt and she recommended Kelly, beautiful and amazing. Totally fixed my jacked up nails & made them look 10 times better than when I walked in. Love this place & will totally make the drive to see Kelly every time!

Friendly, polite and attentive to there customers, John did my nails, I got a gel manicure, I really liked how he took his time, didn’t feel rushed. He cleaned my cuticles, gave me a message, he did an awesome job. My only complaints are :
1.) while cleaning my cuticles he cut a little too much and made me bleed
2.) also I showed him a pic of the design I wanted and he didn’t really follow it
Besides that overall I liked the job he did … They didn’t have the color I wanted so he did his best to try and match it.

Walked in for a fill on NYE and was greeted immediately and they were able to take me within 10 minutes. Mina did a great job filling my nails and making a crappy new set look pretty darn good! She even did glitter tips without the need to touch up so she is fast. I will be back :)

This place sucks. Almost everyone is surly in here. Antagonistic. Rude. The lady left gaps in my nails and did a lousy job. When I wanted them redone, they made me wait almost an hour. The other older grouchy lady who did my toes left gaps too. Are these people blind? The massage portion of mani/​pedi was a joke. Don’t go here. Do they think Americans are really that stupid to put up with this kind of service and not say anything about it? Give me a break. I don’t recommend nor will I go back here again. If you are a glutton for punishment and like crappy treatment, then this place is for you. My nails were not even filed right; they are crooked. Little effort and little thought went into my service. DON’T GO HERE!

I have been coming here for about six months. Generally I have decent service and the staff is friendly which is why I have continued to use their services. In the past I noticed that one of the technicians, Kelly (I believe this is her name) appeared to be somewhat rude to a few of her customers but I didn’t pay it much attention because it didn’t involve me. Tonight I had the unfortunate experience of having her do my nails. She was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere. I see that several people had good experiences with Kelly perhaps she is only rude to African American clientele?

Been here for a couple of years and I love how they do my nails. The was here to today and Mindy did my nails I loved them.

got my eyelashes done today by kim… she was very gentle and i am happpy with the overall look and feel… it was 35 i think and it was 15 to take of my individual lashes which i feel was a great deal…

Got my nails done today, full set and pedicure. Lady that did my pedicure was okay nothing too great about it for paying $ 23. However, the man there did my nails and he did a horrible sloppy job. Nails are different sizes, not straight, sloppy nail polish. Overall I could have done a better job painting my nails, will definitely not be back. The other ladies seemed okay and their customers seemed happy, from my perspective be aware of the guys job. On top of that he charged me an extra $ 1 just for adding glitter to one nail that’s ridiculous.

I have gone to several nail salons in Moreno Valley. This is the best place. I won’t be going anywhere else. Kelly was amazing and sweet, she did my nails just the way I like them. Amy made my feet feel brand new. Thank You ladies you are amazing.

First time here and definitely will be back soon. Having 5 people come in for mani and pedi’s is not as accommodating at most places and Mindy did a great job of getting ALL Of us taken care of with beautiful nails in a timely fashion! Thanks to all the staff for their patience:)

This place is a trap for sure. I went in and asked if they could do my nails almost exactly as the picture I brought in, with some minor adjustments. The man who did my nails said yes and told me it was easily done. I asked him if he was certain because I needed my nails done for an event coming up this weekend and would go elsewhere if that was the case. I even showed him the picture multiple times.
The first issue was that he couldn’t get the shape I wanted right and I had to keep telling him to fix it. He had to redo one nail because he shaped to how he wanted to and I told him that wasn’t what I wanted. Secondly was length. I told him it was too long for my liking and wanted it shorter. He kept telling me it needed to be this length for the design I wanted. I said okay, assuming he knew what he was doing. I was pleased with the color but when we got to the design part, he began to rip me off. He told me it would be $ 5 per hand for the designs of wanted. I said okay and he proceeded. I told him I wanted three daisies (white flowers with a yellow center) per nail. He then told me it would be $ 5 per nail if I wanted more designs per nail. I reluctantly agreed, unhappy he was upping the prices even though I showed him the picture multiple times. He did one finger and showed me what he did. He did two flowers with a silver center and the middle had some weird leafy design. I told him I wanted the center of the flower to be yellow and I didn’t want his way of designing my nails. He then took a gold paint and painted over the silver, which didn’t do much since you could still also see the silver. He then argued that his design was better than what I wanted. I’m sorry but if you’re charging me $ 5/​nail it better be my way.
As he went to do the next nail without fixing the first one he tells me it’s now going to be $ 10/​nail. Hold the phone! $ 100 for designs? Oh hell no. This better be some special imported nail polish he’s using and he also better add some sworavski crystals. He didn’t even use gel nail polish. I stopped him and told him no. I requested he take off the already designed nail and keep it basic.
When I went to go pay, I got charged $ 1 for the design he put on and then took off. Of course I left no tip. I found another nail lady and asked her to fix my nails. She showed me that one of the nails wasn’t done correctly and did the best to smooth it out without having to remove the nail. She trimmed it to the length I wanted and painted and did a great design work for a really cheap price.
I’m upset I had to pay twice for my nails and this place couldn’t get it right the first time. I’m making sure my friends never go here and I sure won’t ever step foot in this location ever again.

I treated my girlfriend to a manicure and it came out okay (honestly I’ve seen better for half the price). The price was $ 27.00 (not including tip). I DONT see us coming back anytime soon. Sorry.

I am completely new to the city and was looking for a nail shop that wasn’t going to disappoint and this one didn’t. I’m not giving it 5 stars because although I love the way my nails were done, a different technician did my toes and everything was perfect until it came time to actually paint my toenails, that tech did not have no eye for detail whatsoever. Other than that staff were pleasant and friendly and was attended to right away, Just be aware that you get what you pay for, a gel mani here will run you about $ 27 but well worth it.

This place is always always clean. The employees are very attentive to your needs. I go in twice a month for gel manicures and Chen does a great job. He’s very detail oriented and takes his time. They have a big variety of gel colors and the cost is reasonable.

I have been to many nail salons in Moreno Valley, none of them come close to this place! They are always quick to get me in and are always super nice. The younger guy that works here gives awesome massages. While they are an awesome nail salon, I mainly come here for one reason…
I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I know California State Board regulations like the back of my hand. This is the one and only nail salon in Moreno Valley that I have seen this spotless. I am so serious, I have been to many nail salons and have walked right out because I see them use used drills and utensils on multiple people, or another person’s nail dust on the table or pedi chair.
I like that they take their tools out of the auto clave in front of you and take their used tools to the sink to wash and place into the QUATS (hospital grade disinfectant) in front I you as well. I’ve also noticed that they use single use files and scrubbers. They follow stateboard to T. Makes me happy to know that I won’t fall victim to a fungal infection while coming here!

I have been looking for a nail & spa shop since I moved here from Ontario. My daughter suggested this spot. I was a little unsure about her suggestion, but surprise, I was very happy with this place. They were very accommodating & very nice. I got Amy to do my Pedi, & eyebrow wax. She did a great job on my toes that were very much in need of a clipping, & a callous treatment. My eyebrows, or should I say my unibrow had to go! I thought it was going to hurt but Amy was marvelous darling! I loved this place & will be back on my old schedule again to every two/​three weeks for a touch up. Amy also did what I want on my design on my toes a Breast Cancer pink ribbon! Big Cudos to this place I am a big time satisfied customer!

This experience was equivalent to having my 11 year old daughter giving me a pedicure at home.
The Polish is not very good and she didn’t even do a top clear coat. I brought my niece and the lady doing hers was so rude and extremely disrespectful.
I got a pedicure and there is polish all over my skin. The cost was $ 18. Did not include a massage of any kind and the quality of Polish was very bad. She didn’t buff the top of my nails so it’s not even smooth.

I usually get a basic pedicure and gel polish on my fingers. Nothing too fancy. Like the other reviews said the place is small I can see why it would get full quickly. I came in on a weekday at 4pm and it was pretty busy, some people came by and just made appointments instead of waiting, no biggie. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and serviced as soon as I picked my polish. The two ladies who did my nails did a good job. Basic pedicure $ 18 (or more if u want the extras) and my gel manicure was $ 25. One of the ladies there knew everyone who came in so it was nice to know a lot of people come back. Overall happy and would go back if i’m in the area :)

As a woman, nails are important. I relocated to Moreno Valley a few years ago and it took me forever to find the perfect nail place. This place is awesome! They treat their customers amazing and really know how to keep their regulars. If you are like me and like creative designs, they will do anything for you! I am a gel manicure lady and enjoy using Pinterest to find cool unique styles. Every design I want, I get. They will take their time in making you happy and satisfied! You won’t be disappointed.
