Worst service ever!!! I ordered a dozen flowers a bear and a balloon. Was told it would be there before 5:30 and nothing!!! $ 89 dollars and nothing? Wtf its now 6:10 and my wife almost out her shift. BS

Bradley’s Florist has come through for me time and time again! I live in OC and my grandparents in MoVal. I’ve ordered arrangements (mid-​level price ~50) from Bradley’s for my grandma and grandpa several times and I’ve never encountered any issues.
I always call-​in my orders and once or twice I’ve requested same-​day delivery. Thank you Bradley’s for making it so easy for me to send a bouquet of «love» to my family on those special occasions!

A special someone sent flowers from this florist. I’ve never been so disappointed in an arrangement in my life. Not even 24 hours after receiving them the arrangement started visibly dying. 48 hrs after receiving the roses were turning black on the edges. And now a week after delivery and only the carnations and roses viable… If you can even call it that. The pictures are from arrival, 48 hours and one week after delivery. The proof is in the picture :(So sad that someone spends good money on you and it didn’t even last a week.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife for Mother’s Day. When it was delivered, it wasn’t what I ordered, but that was OK, because their on-​line web site stated that they may have to substitute if there was an availability problem. The problem was that the flowers were not fresh. One of the pink roses was already brown on the edges, and all of the roses in the arrangement were dead the next day. In addition, the water in the vase had an odor that made me think that maybe this arrangement may have been in the display case for a day or two before it was delivered. I understand that they were very busy because it was Mother’s Day weekend, but I expected better.

Talk about great customer service! My flowers came out so perfect, I’m so in love with how perfect they are. Thanks to everyone that worked on my order.

Ordered a corsage and boutineer for my daughter’s father daughter dance. They made a beautiful corsage for her little 6 year old wrist with mini roses and a matching boutineer at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be using them again!

If I received the flowers I ordered, I would feel very underwhelmed. For $ 80, the arrangement did not have the «wow» factor in it. The cashier sensed that I had this feeling of hesitancy upon receiving the flowers chimed in «These lillies are what made it so expensive you know, they’re 7 bucks each.» As if the art of giving flowers can be measured by how much a flower cost, it can be measured, however, on the reaction of the receiver. So the cashier herself was not entirely convinced at the arrangement they’ve done so she has to justify it by how expensive the flowers are in this arrangement.
I’ve ordered this arrangement via phone and requested to have the vase changed to a different one. The operator said it was no
problem to change the case and she will
make a note of it. I received the gaudy little vase and not the type of vase i’ve requested.
Flower arrangements were advertised to last at least two weeks as were confirmed by the operator. Lo and behold, this $ 80 flower arrangement only lasted 4 days.
If I were you, I would go to Von’s, get yourself fresh cut flowers and save yourself
money. Your loved one will appreciate it more.

and they are horrible! I had an arrangement sent to my wife for out Anniversary and when they went to deliver them in an unmarked personal silver car and found that my wife wasn’t home, they left them on the doorstep in the hot California sun and wind blowing! This after I stated that if my wife wasn’t home to please attempt to redeliver them after 3:30 pm. I was assured that if there was no answer at the door that the delivery person would attempt a redelivery later in the day. NEVER WAS I TOLD THEY WOULD LEAVE THEM OUT IN TE ELEMENTS FOR OVER @ HOURS BEFORE MY WIFE WOULD EVEN GET HOME! At $ 84 dollars I Think I could expect better quality service. The flowers were old, all bloomed and even some were browning already! That’s no where near fresh! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CARE FOR WHERE YOUR FLOWERS ARE GOING!

We used Bradley’s for our wedding. The venue we were using had recommended a florist in Hemet. When we went to this Hemet florist he refused to give us what we wanted and tried to up-​sell us on flowers we didn’t want. In the end we decided to look for some one else.
We searched through six or seven local florists and we chose Bradley’s. When we called them it was an hour before their closing time and they stayed open so we could come in and see an example of what they could provide. We ordered a cascade bouquet, two brides maids bouquet, two corsages, four boutonnieres, and received a free toss bouquet. We also bought enough bunches of flowers to assemble our own centerpieces for eight tables (we picked up the bunches the night before). In total it cost us about $ 270 and they let us spilt up the payment.
They delivered the rest of our order on time and in great condition. I was very impressed by how helpful and kind these lovely people are. They definitely helped make our day special.

I did not order from this florist. Unfortunatly, I never will because of their driver. He was driving a tan van and was very reckless. If you see a tan van with a Bradley’s Florest sticker on the window, watch out! Good luck!

My $ 10 delivery fee was worth it since the flowers were delivered on the date I requested. The bouquet was much smaller than what shows on the Internet though, and they substituted the roses that were supposed to be in my bouquet with cheaper flowers. It looks like a $ 15 bouquet of flowers and i paid $ 50. I’ll try another florist before returning here.

I thought there might have been another Bradley’s Florist in Moreno Valley when I saw the rating, because I would NEVER believe they deserved anything more than one star. Not sure what the problem is with MY orders, but when ordering 2 floral arrangements this year for Mother’s Day, I had to call FTD to complain about the HORRIBLE quality of the arrangements delivered. The arrangements don’t even look CLOSE to what I ordered. in one case, it looks like my 2 year old put the bouquet together. In both cases, I ordered the BEST option for each bouquet; one of them was $ 75 dollars and my brother just told me he could pick up a better arrangement at the GROCERY STORE. This is so upsetting and honestly, if I had known FTD was going to use Bradley’s I would have NEVER placed my order. This is RIDICULOUS!

Walked in one day at the last minute and the service was great as I chatted about what exactly I wanted and they were able to get a beautiful arrangement together and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes

Great work! I called to have my sisters flowers delivered on the same day of order. I totally thought i would get a no since it was such short notice, but to my surprise they were delivered within a few hours! I asked for a pink bow to symbolize breast cancer and they actually made it into a pink ribbon, which I thought was genius! Great customer service!

My family has been using Bradley’s services since we moved out here 20 + years ago. They’re family owned & are fantastic. The service is excellent — the ladies are all very nice and helpful. Don’t let the poor location fool you — they’re a hidden gem & the designers are excellent.
I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs floral services!
