Bath & Body Works

I love this bath and body works. Never crowded, I can go in and get out fast while shopping on my lunch. Plus they had the buy 3 and get 3 free deal going on. You can’t beat that!

I do enjoy going to BBW, but I don’t like being hounded and followed around the store to try products that I’m not interested in. I was there to pick up some items for my sister, and the associate started asking me about getting things for myself, and trying to get me to smell all kinds of scents. I’m like… u don’t know what my wallet looks like, maybe I can’t get anything for myself. And I don’t need to smell every fragrance in the store. Its like I’m playing «tag», soon as I see an associate, I’m trying to run to keep from being «it».

I love bath and body works. But I have to be honest… These last couple of times I have gone in on a 30 minute lunch break to grab my usual lotions, as soon as I step foot inside I was approached (more like pounced on) by an elderly woman employee who would not let me shop in peace! She kept trying to get me to sample fragrances when I politely told her over and over I was okay, and I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I understand they’re trying to make sales, but please take a hint… If I say I’m fine and Id rather just shop around on my own, let me. Please don’t keep trying to convince me to try on/​sample products for 7 minutes. This is very uncomfortable. This was the second occasion this happened to me. Both older lady employees, the young ones are pretty understanding. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything, to avoid having to explain why I didn’t want to sample anything.

Always a great experience at this store. I always get friendly workers and never have any issues. They are awesome about putting stuff on hold over the phone too which makes going there to get it much easier.

I always enjoy going to Bath and Body Works but I stopped by this location today and the girls there were very helpful and I found everything I needed. They always have great sales and coupons too.

they were having 75% off sale, then i brought my old 2 wallflowers that i bought a few months ago and the ladies in the cashier just fully accepted for an exchange without the receipt. i mean who else can i get an exchange other than this place? its no fair that the wallflowers is such a great product but it can only work in a matter of less than 4 months.
pay attention to the coupons they give you after you make a purchase, they come in handy!

Staff is really nice & helpful. Although there are a few pushy ones, but thats their job. Overall it is maintained clean but sometimes its not fully stocked :(
I gave them a 4 because of friendliness & convenience of being so close to an entrance into the mall.

Bigger than the Bath and Body Works in Inland Center and it’s better stocked. It’s a Bath and Body Works and the employees are helpful and nice. It’s nearby the lower level parking next to «Round 1» on the more North Side of Towngate Center Drive. So, if you park on that side, it’s convenient to walk in and walk out. Great placement of the store.
