Alex has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005 and Itzel has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2008.

Business Owner

Alex graduated from the USC (SoCal) with a degree in Business — Finance and performed various professional activities from consulting, and internal audit, to accounting prior to working in the real estate industry. His wife Itzel graduated from CSULB with a Health Care Admin. degree and has experience in Sales, Counseling, and Banking.

Alex’ experience within real estate includes heading a mortgage brokerage, working with an institutional real estate investor that «flipped» residential homes, as well as heading his own residential real estate brokerage.

Alex works with his wife Itzel and their background in working with investors and home buyers allows them to provide recommendations to homeowners on how to best «package» their home for sale through low-​cost, high-​opportunity upgrades that allows buyers to focus on the positive factors in their property so that their home can sell quickly at — or close — to its maximum market potential.
