History

Established in 2013.

We here at EnCompass Background Screening Solutions began our business as a result of our experience with Background Screening services that were incomplete or took to long to receive the background or drug screening results.

We felt that there had to be a better and faster way to obtain background and drug screening results!

We needed quick and accurate results so that we could make sound hiring decisions; and so we set out to create a company that would provide fast and reliable Background, Tenant and Drug Screening Service!

Meet the Business Owner

Jim and Leeanne M.

Business Owner

Jim served on submarines in the United States Navy from 1981 to 2002. After retiring from the Navy, jim began his career in the For-​Profit Education industry where he held the positions of Director of Recruitment, Senior Director of Admissions and Campus Director while working for ITT Technical Institute, Brown Mackie College and IntelliTec Medical Institute (IMI). In 2013, Jim started his own business, EnCompass Background Screening Solutions LLC.

Leeanne worked in the Banking and Credit Union Industry during her husband’s military career, she held positions with Teachers Credit Union, Member’s First Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, People’s Bank, and Auto Body Credit Union. Leeanne later served as an Executive Assistant to the College Director at the Memphis ITT Technical Institute College and as a Contract Administrator with ITT Educational Services (ESI) Corporate office. Leeanne’s last position prior to opening her own business was a Student Relations Coordinator at IMI.
