It all started with a beginner floral design class when I realized that working with flowers was my creative outlet. With an interest in wedding flowers, I continued to study floral design and train with local florists. I opened Floral Occasions and spent five years designing flowers for weddings and special events.

My experience and desire to continue working with my favorite medium-​flowers-​has lead to my new business, Petals and Pods.

With Petals and Pods I have combined my love of fresh flowers with my new interest, modern dried arrangements
