History
Established in 1921.
Grandfather came from Poland-Austria region and started producing authentic European baked goods in 1921, the tradition was carried on by his son and grandson’s, and is now a 3rd generation Bakery. Carl and Jan Cwikla were trained in the bakery business with Carl establishing himself as as modern cake artist. Jan continues the bread and pastry traditions of his grandfather. This is a small local bakery where the customer comes first. You can buy one cookie or a hundred and stay within your budget. decorated cakes and unique cake products are our specialties.
