History
Established in 1951.
Pinecrest Schools first campus was opened by Mrs. Edna Mae Dye in 1951. As a teacher herself, she longed to provide an excellent education to as many students as she could reach.“This then became the ideal; the intellectual, moral, and physical development of each student. In 2000 the Moorpark campus was opened and continues to provide students with an excellent education. Our Mission is to empower and inspire all students to apply the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to become creative in problem-solving, achieve personal success, and to contribute responsibly to our complex and dynamic world in a safe, positive and diverse environment.

Manager
I could not be more proud to be the Principal of Pinecrest Schools Moorpark. I know each student on our campus and consider it a privilege to challenge their minds and provide them opportunities to learn, serve and excel. Independent school enrollment and attendance is a choice — a choice we hope you make for your child. We welcome the opportunity to teach you about our school and welcome your family into ours so we can watch your child soar.
