If the employee has time to yammer on about shirts, gift cards she got time to clean. Went in, maybe 5 ppl inside and sticky table tops could be cleaned. Outside needs a GOOD power wash. It’s nasty! We tried to sit outside but the chairs are filthy. My son said the yogurt was good, better be for $ 6. I prefer Dilishi but the only one is in Statesville.

I love this place. This was my first time visiting Sweet Frog with my sister and I really have nothing bad to say about them. However I do think that they are over priced. We ended up paying $ 15.00 for our order.

Once you walk in you are greeted by a sweet frog employee. Sweet. They provide free sample for you to try. There is a board outside that says Mango is available. Have not tried yet. I have cravings for chocolate as usual. Yes, went for Cake Batter, Oreos, Chocolate, and lather it up with Caramel Sea Salt Gelato. Topped it off with chocolate, chips and a fudge brownie. Oh My!!! This is a smaller store than the other sweet frogs that I have been to. Really homey like and comfortable. Watch out for the Lazy Susan Table. I am sure the kids love this…

The only reason for not getting a 5 star is I should not have to be on top of every single promotion just to GET the promotion. When you post on FB in a sponsored ad that says a flat price through a certain date range, they should simply honor it without my going back to the car to get my phone and pulling up their page and showing them their ad. Now, beyond that aggravation… I generally LOVE Sweet Frog. I even tried a gummy frog last night and was oddly/pleasantly surprised by the tangy flavor! They do wonderful seasonal flavors… pumpkin pie, caramel and graham cracker at Thanksgiving. Right now the Caramel gelato, peanut butter and chocolate are the favorites, though I had a taste of the Irish Mint and it was great! That’s another plus – you can ask for a small taste before committing to a large cup of any flavor and that is a huge plus for me! All the ingredients are available if you ask, as well as the calorie count of the yogurt. They usually have at least one dairy free and from time to time will do a fat or sugar free(or two) as well. The frequent buyers ‘card’ is tied to the smartphone number, so I don’t have to have it with me to earn points and only need codes to redeem those I have earned, which is different than non-code promotions such as on FB right now. Have yet to not find a bubbly, pleasant, knowledgeable person behind the counter and watched them deal with a few bratty and entitled children very adeptly! Bravo on the hiring! Enjoy the outdoor seating and running into someone I know just about every visit! Give it a try – but be forewarned… you’ll get hooked on the Frog!

I always come here before my walmart shopping trip. I find myself always going to to the mooresville walmart, and right with in the same complex is the sweet frog frozen yogurt. I’ve collected so many of those cards with just a stamp on each of them. I always like the different variety of flavors that they offer. This most recent visit i tried their watermelon flavor. it was sweet not a bit tangy, and just the amount of watermelon flavor to go well with the toppings i chose. I usually go for the popping bubbles and mochi! and this is one of the places that i particularly enjoy going to create my little frozen yogurt desert.

This was our first time here and we had a good time and enjoyed the yogurt. I had went online to see their flavors and had thought that everything listed on the website was at the store(like the pumpkin flavor), but it wasn’t. They must rotate the flavors out, but after reading the reviews, what one reviewer said they had was what they had that night: vanilla, red velvet, mango, cake batter, dulce de leche, tart, etc… It’s a typical yogurt place. You pick the size of the cup you want. You can taste the flavors of yogurt with the sample cups they give you. You pick the one you want, then you go to town on the toppings. I must say that compared to other places I’ve been, they have a nice selection of toppings and they had mochi and boba… my two picks from any yogurt place I go to, so I was extremely happy and will come back if not for just a cup filled with mochi and boba — hold the yogurt…

I recently moved to Mooresville but I can say, without a doubt, this is the best place to get yogurt. Although I live a couple of minutes away from Orange Leaf, there’s no comparison in regards to customer service, the overall experience, and, most importantly, the yogurt. I really wanted to like the closer store better, but just compare similar flavors(coconut, in particular) and you’ll see for yourself. Also, the owners are two of the most genuinely nice people I’ve met – they remembered me after the first few times, at one point my family and I rushed there right before closing and they unlocked the doors for us, and(this may have been a lucky coincidence) two weeks after I asked if they planned to order banana and coconut, as they were my boyfriends favorite flavors, both flavors were there. All of this said, it seems like they are just nice people in general, and their yogurt is delicious. Whether you want the best quality yogurt, or if you just want to take your loved ones to a store that has a happy, fun environment/owners that will treat you exceptionally, this is the place to go.

My teenage daughter talked me into stopping here although I had a lot of reservations. To my surprise it was very good and the staff was extremely helpful. Great place for a quick snack.

We stopped by here for the first time this past Sunday. I was impressed by the amount of flavors they had and the fact they had three different cup sizes. A lot of the self serve yogurt places have only one huge cup so you feel like even if you don’t get it half full you’re paying more for the big cup after you weigh it in. Some of the flavors they had were red velvet cake, cookies and cream, mango, chocolate, vanilla, tart and cake batter. I had the cake batter and it was excellent. They had others too but i can’t remember every flavor they had. They also had a wide assortment of toppings(different flavors cookie crumbs, reeses pieces, different gummies, candy bar pieces, fruit toppings, whipped cream, different icings, caramel, nuts and hot fudge). All of the toppings, with the exception of the fruit, sort of defeat the purpose of eatting healthy yogurt. But I had to go for a few of the white chocolate chips and a gummy bear. I got a small bowl of the cake batter yogurt and toppings I mentioned and my boyfriend got a small bowl of cookies and cream yogurt with some candy toppings. His yogurt was tasty as well. Our total was 5.64 which is cheaper than most self serve yogurt joints I have visited. They had ample indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors at a table with an umbrella, the only drawback was some people smoking at the table beside us. We’ll definately be back.

Sweet Frog just hopped into town this week so I took my Froyo Snob self to give ‘em the once over and Oh.Sweet.Jayzuz. Now perk up those ears ’cause I can’t say this too loud and I won’t repeat myself: this place is barely a notch below my beloved Pinkberry.(I hope the PB gods didn’t hear that.) ;) Don’t let the bright pink and green interior fool you into thinking this is kiddie yogurt. I tasted every flavor except strawberry(that woulda required CPR on my end) and they were all excellent. Smooth and creamy yogurts, light and slightly icy sorbets. The tart is almost the same as PB. The caramel made my eyes roll back. The mango is MANGO! Not some funky tasting faux fruit concoction. Cake batter, cookies and cream, watermelon, raspberry, cheesecake, chocolate… such a great variety of fruit/sweet/tart/rich(unlike that other place in town who isn’t changing or varying flavors very much.) BONUS: only 39¢ per ounce, much cheaper than TCBY, Fresh Berry and almost everyone else. Beautiful fresh fruit options, lotsa dry options for adults and kiddies and a very friendly family who owns the business and truly cares what customers think. Go kiss the frog, you’ll find a sweet prince.
