Everyone who has tasted MJ’s cakes agrees w/​the following statement: Best Freakin” buttercream EVER!!! I swear, she puts opiates in her frosting… or she’s some sorta Jonestown mind control guru b/​c her cakes put you into a happy, sugar induced euphoria.
I once had an eight inch square cake for my birthday that weighed something like twelve pounds! It was full of blissful dark chocolate gnache. The cake is moist and dense. She uses fresh ingredients of amazing quality (ie: real liquor not a few drops of bottled food flavoring). She has tons of sinful flavors to choose; don’t miss out on her butter pound, chocolate chocolate chip, almond cake and Grand Manier. Her butter cream is orgasmic. The whipped choc pudding filling is the best I’ve tasted. She can do pretty much any style cake or cupcake you want and her prices are unbelievable b/​c she works from home (but has a license and health dept cert). Oh! The choc peanut butter… TRY IT! Now!
I kid you not, she’s the only cake I serve at my events and when we cut the cake everyone forgets about the birthday girl/​mom-​to-​be/​special one year old and all talk turns to the cake/​intoxicating taste of heaven.
