Excellent service and high quality of work. There is a reason why this store is busy and that is because they are great guys that want to help customers. Shane has been there for 16 years and has a great team of service technicians and mechanics. I have been to other Big O facilities that are OK, but need to take lessons from this store. I would absolutely go there again. They were able to get me heat and AC in my 87 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 with 500,000 miles for a very reasonable price. They also warranty their work. Great place. I will absolutely go back for more work when I need it.

Great business! Customer service is top notch and they are extremely helpful. SPENCER was my customer service representative, whatever they pay him it’s not enough. He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have seen in a long time. I went in needing new tires and alignment, they were very knowledgeable and got me the right tires for the right price. They didn’t bs me and try to sell me things I didn’t need or want. On top of getting my tires changed they checked my fluid levels and topped them off to make sure that I would be driving in a safe and we’ll maintained vehicle. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and would recommend them to anyone. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Great service. Two of my wife’s tires were slowly losing air (she bought her tires here years ago) and they were able to quickly pull up the record on their computer. The service person immediately knew what the problem was without even taking the wheels off (the rims on her car were notorious for this problem). We were able to get in and out in less than half an hour without an appointment.

Very friendly service. Salespeople never treated me differently than their male customers. Prices seem reasonable. The wait is long, but they have a lot of places to sit, along with magazines and a television.
