CEO, Jack Paolin sold his former agency, Paolin & Sweeney Advertising & Public Relations in 1996, it was one of New Jersey’s 10 largest agencies. He founded Idea Lab Marketing later that year, and thanks to 30 years of marketing success, he has never looked back.
