Called and left a message to schedule. No return call received. I called the next day and the guy sounded asleep; he stated he did not have his books in front of him so to call him back in about an hour. I had my husband call and he still did not have his books in front of him, he stated he would call him back. He never called back. I tried to call in the afternoon and no one answered. I guess they don’t want my business. Don’t have time to chase people down.

They were so quick about getting me scheduled! Bought the groupon and absolutely loved them! The guy that came out was so polite, he did an amazing job! I have light colored carpets and they are spotless now! So glad we used them and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!
