Came in for a high end mattress. Was meet with rude salesman. Turned around and left. Will NOT be back. Bob Mills got our business.

Friendly sales staff. Bought a new bed, received free delivery and a $ 200 gift card for future purchase (need a new frame for the new bed). Meanwhile, we are waiting on the paperwork (that took FOREVER) and there was a group of 4 kids running around screaming and jumping from bed to bed. What they don’t disclose is that the gift card isn’t mailed to you until 4 – 6 weeks AFTER the 30 day «sleep trial». Delivery guys were quick and efficient, however, if I was a little old lady buying a new bed I’d be a bit upset that in order to register the bed for the warranty, I would have to flip a KING sized bed over in order to try and find where they hid the manufacture date and other relevant info. If I knew this, I would have pointed it out to someone before dropping it off and running (while leaving trash behind in my yard).
