If we provide a cleaning service to you and you are not completely satisfied, we will come back and re-clean it. And if you still aren’t completely thrilled with the work we did, we will refund all of your money and make a $ 50 dollar donation to the charity of your choice
History
Established in 1993.
Citro’s Carpet Cops started in January 1993 with a pickup truck, a home office, and a portable carpet cleaning machine. Now we have a Box Van with a State of the Art Truck Mount and a 3000 sq. ft. shop.
The reason we have been around so long is our commitment to excellence. While a lot of carpet cleaners will try to book as many jobs in a day as they can. We will only book two or three jobs per truck per day because it takes time to get the job done right no matter how good your equipment is.
Yes we do charge more than most carpet cleaners but when you hire someone to clean your carpets the majority of what your paying for is the labor. The cheap «get in and get out» carpet cleaners are simply not charging enough to be able to spend the time needed to do the job right. Their hope is that you will buy all kinds of extra stuff and even if you do they don’t have the time to spend with you so you still get the cheap wet for days job anyway, we simply don’t work that way.
Meet the Business Owner
Jeff C.
Business Owner
I have been in the carpet cleaning industry for 25 years. self employed since 1993. I started this company with the idea that it was possible, through a lot of hard work, to provide a quality service and make a descent living in this industry.
Over the years, the majority of my competitors have focused on getting a lot of cheap jobs booked. Then when the Tech gets there they are to sell as much stuff as they can. Hoping to make a profit off of the extra sales because they are not charging enough to do the job right in the first place. They are either afraid to charge more for fear of loosing the job or believe that the publics thirst for a «Good Deal» out weights their desire for a quality job.
I think they are wrong. I think the public in general wants a good job done and are willing to pay a little more if they get it, they just don’t know where to find it. That’s where we come in. We will never rush through you to get to someone else.
