f you call for AC service, they will tell you that you are NOT important and that they have regular customers, even after they have scheduled an appointment and had us waiting at home. I had to make 5 calls in an hour and beg now that we had left work to be at home. It was their last ditch effort to make us sign up for oil, if not they would not come over for the scheduled AC service. This is despite us buying our new AC and installation from them.
