Internet Service Monument

Be very careful! CenturyLink is available all day as they bring you in (chat & phone), but once a customer, support is nearly non-​existent. I have been on the phone ALL day (5+ hours, mostly on hold) and the very last rep (Travis) finally helped me. Nobody could give me the security code required to sign into My Account. First rep told me to sign into AutoPay and Paperless on-​line (couldn’t do it without a security code), next one said they’d call with it (no call), next two said they’d text it (they ended up texting to the home phone they installed without realizing), next one said they e-​mail it, next one said they e-​mail it (but didn’t have an e-​mail I gave hem earlier) and next two couldn’t help or send me to the right person. If it wasn’t so frustrating it would funny, a good THREE STOOGES episode (as the CenturyLInk representatives)!! I am getting less than 5MB download and less than 1MB upload in Monument. Direct TV has a good picture and installer was good.
