They are fast, on-​point and super friendly. DD has become part of my daily routine! Although it does get very hectic in the mornings with the corporate/​School rush, the staff manages very well and i commend them. Keep up the great work and I’ll see you all there tomorrow.

I like coming here mainly because it’s the closest to my office. The coffee is good, never had problems with a coffee order. The problem is always with a food order. Employees seem to have a lot of tension with one another and on several occasions my order has been delayed or botched because of employee incompetence. I could care less if you have poor customer service skills at the counter, just don’t delay a customers order because you can’t get it together and make us stand there while others get their order first. Also, parking is a nightmare because it’s a gas station, so watch for aggressive drivers.

The closest DD to my office — gets the job done. However parking is a nightmare here because it is at a gas station. Sometimes it is even easier to drive to a «further away» (like 3 extra minutes) DD so I do not have to deal with this parking.

Bergen County has tons of DD. Almost every town it seems like. Some towns have two. This one happens to be one of the better ones in terms of service and cleanliness. Staff is great. It is connected to a gas station. It also is down the street from a high school and the «business district» that Woodcliff Lake and Montvale have so it can be quite a zoo in the morning. If you get there early, the wait time is minimal.

I drive 5 minutes out the way to go to this Dunkin Donuts. The food is always better and coffee is just right. Service is fantastic. They are so friendly and they know my name by heart. This place should be a role model for Dunkin Donuts!
