Murdoch’s is a great store, think of a mini bass pro shop! I am from out of town but thought the selection was great and the customer service was A++. The prices were a bit more expensive but they can get away with it because it is such a small town. I would shop here again, no doubt.

Murdoch’s has an amazing selection. Lots of items for camping, dogs, cats, horses, clothing, hunting, and fishing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They close at 7pm so get there early! They have lots of racks full of clearance clothing. I will try shopping at this store in Denver and see if it compares to this Montrose location.
