I mainly sell residential lots, and homes, and have specialized knowledge in farm and ranch sales. I have been a realtor in beautiful Montrose, Colorado since 2005. I have been won several awards, served as president of the Small Business Association, and participated on Montrose’s Real Estate Board. Whether your property is big or small, I’ve sold them all.

History

Established in 2010.

I became first became a real estate personal assistant, working closely with one of the top Realtors in Montrose County, Marge Phelps at her then company, the Marjorie Phelps Company. After several years as her assistant, and learning the ins and outs from a great mentor, I began to venture out on my own. By 2007, I was beginning to make sales on my own. In April of 2010, my mentor and I made the move to Keller Williams, where I presently work as an independent agent.
