It’ll make you not hungry anymore, but nothing tastes quite like you think it should. Even Ice Cream Is Interesting. …

Dragon Wall is a pretty good sized restaurant and their array of hot and cold buffet tables is pretty impressive as are the number of choices for soups, salad, appetizers, main dishes and desserts. There is a separate sushi bar. Their menu is also full of all the typical dishes that you would expect to find in any Chinese restaurant. The wait staff have always been attentive and friendly. I did choose the lunch buffet here once and sampled a lot of the items. I will probably not do that again because I can’t recall even one of the dishes that was memorable enough that I’d bother to try again. I hate to use the term bland but perhaps unimaginative would be a better description of my personal buffet experience. However, during peak lunchtime periods I see a lot of folks who appear to be regular buffet patrons here so I assume they’re happy with it. That said, I’ve also tried several of the Szechuan and Hunan dishes off the menu here and they were okay so I’ll be back to try more of those when I’m in town. The food is below average. The bathrooms are nasty. They charge 11.25 for dinner and told us the drinks were in included. The drinks are a 1.65 more they lied to us and told us to read the sign next time. The sign says nothing about drinks.

I decided to give this place a try, because it was close to my hotel. Big mistake. Never again. The food here is horrible!!! This is the worst crap I have ever seen, and attempted to eat. Nothing here is good. The sushi didn’t even look edible at all. They couldn’t have given it to me for free, it was so awful. They don’t bother to de-vein their shrimp(and we all know it’s not really a vein… it’s shrimp poop!). My dish was supposed to have pork and beef in it. I don’t know what this red colored, dried-out crap is in here, but it doesn’t look like real meat. Neither does the chicken. It’s boiled, rubbery, junk. Their«teriyaki sauce» is basically like a thick sugary paste. It’s so nasty I couldn’t even eat it.

Don’t listen to the other reviews I don’t know if I just went on a bad night or what but the food was horrible it was super greasy and all out not appetizing and it’s supposedly the best Chinese place in Montrose. So unless you want to go home sick to your stomach and wishing you were dead don’t eat here!

A decent Chinese buffet that’s larger than average. They serve wonton soup — a huge plus — and it’s with large dumplings. :)

Large buffet. Good variety, including frog legs, boiled clams, and some sushi. Nothing exquisite, but OK for the western CO area.

Hardly«Chinese food» at all. Avoid. All you can eat, but you won’t want to eat much.
