The shop was started in 1991 by Alan and Leslie Ardizone. After many years of successful business in 2010 they sold to Donnie Watson and John York who still run the shop as a small family business focused on customer service for all types of cyclists.

Great shop! I travel a ton and visit many many bike shops and this is one of my favorites. Staff is friendly and always want to hear about where you’ve ridden and where you’re going to ride. The stoke is high with this shop and Donnie and Hollis are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re psyched on your bike.

The shop has potential. I was treated superbly by one of the techs when I first went in for info. I went back and let the other older guy know I had been in and I purchased all the things I had scoped out and mentioned I needed to make an appointment to get my seals fixed. This other woman walked in the the guy waiting on me greeted her 3 times while interrupting me. He forgot I wanted an appt for later in the week he was so eager to wait on the new customer. He rang me up and turned his back and greeted the same woman for a 4th time !
I won’t be back, I’ll give my hard earned money to someone who will finish waiting on me before moving on to their? favorites? lovers? sister? who knows?

So there were ten of us on a bike weekend in town to ride the Sidewinder Trail. We were eating dinner at the local brew pub and told the waiter that we were looking to shuttle the trail. Thirty minutes later, Donnie, the owner of Cascade Bikes comes over and we work out a deal for the shuttle.
When Donnie picked us up, he brought beers and food, WTF?, it was awesome!
