I’d been suffering from upper back pain for some time and was tired of countless doc visits, muscle relaxants, and impossible-​to-​schedule physical therapy appointments when a coworker recommended Dr. Mary to me.
I had never been to a chiropractor and was skeptical (even frightful) of their methods, having little knowledge on the subject.
Dr. Mary was excellent at explaining the process to me and calming my nerves. A hot compress, rigorous spine rub down, and a handful of back cracks later and my back was instantly better! The pain which had haunted me for months vanished. Turned out I had a couple ribs out of place under my shoulder blade. Yikes!
I felt such relief and the whole appointment was less than 45min, including wait time!
She is kind, attentive, and incredibly efficient.
Seriously, just try it. You’ll thank me… and her! :)

Mary makes me a better person! I have recommended her to my friends and family and they all make regular visits now. She is so kind, caring and super knowledgable. I hold all my anxiety in my neck, so my upper neck and back get sore often, and she knows exactly what to manipulate to make me feel 100% again. I look forward to every single visit with her, and can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Kaiser-​Cole is incredibly thorough. She is an excellent doctor. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I have been to other chiropractors and realized Dr. Kaiser-​Cole is far superior. I suffered from headaches for several years. After coming to Dr. Kaiser-​Cole, I don’t suffer from them anymore. She is thorough and takes the time to massage, and correct the problem, rather than ‘putting a band-​aid on it.’ Go see her, you won’t be disappointed!

EXCELLENT patient skills. VERY understanding and thoughtful. I would DEFINITELY recommend her!
If you’re in PAIN, are having symptoms that conventional chiropractics or medicine haven’t fixed, or have been put on truckloads of medications I urge you to TRY a visit with Dr. Cole. She will change your life!

Mary Kaiser-​Cole, is the chiro here… the office is run by her mom and sister!
It is all in the family and Mary is a GREAT chiropractor!!! She gives me the BEST neck adjustments ever. Really it is a life saver to have somewhere to go to get my neck back on my body at times.
They do other things like massages and nutritional help… my teenage boys also go to Mary and say that the massages are hard but feels so good afterwards. I will take their word for it :)
MY favorite is the ion foot baths that they do. I feel ten years younger and have sooo much energy after doing them. (You won’t believe what comes out of your feet!!! — seriously… gross does not explain it!!) I now meet friends there and we do foot bath parties. Fun, feels great and healthy! Can’t beat that.
Highly, highly recommended!!!
