Rowe’s Recreation

I don’t want to insult this place by any means, but I’m giving 5 stars based on being a 1 star establishment. Food is cheap, but very yummy. Totally «bar food» (plus breakfast), but it’s not a bar. The interior might rightfully freak someone out, as might the lowest prices I’ve ever seen on a menu, but our party of five loved everything we ordered.
Before thinking about choosing this restaurant, you should accept that this is a true small town America hole in the wall, NOT a hipster big city (kinda sketchy, but somehow ‘hip’) hole in the wall. The people there WILL know you’re not from town, but it’s your job to be cool with it (not theirs).
We will be back if we ever have the chance to swing through during breakfast or lunch (only hours they’re open, I think).
Fast, no frills (literally, none), and a great value.
