We are located just off the square in the historical district of beautiful Monticello, IL. With the history off the railroads & our local railroad museum we welcome travelers to stop in & enjoy a few cold ones!

Kerry C.
Business Owner
Kerry was a 2 sport athlete at Bradley University playing both baseball & basketball from 1981 – 1982. He stared on Dick Versace NIT Champions of 1982 capturing the championship over Purdue in Madison Square Garden.
Kerry signed a professional baseball contract w/the Detroit Tigers in 1984 after the Tigers had won the World Series. The big right hander played pro-ball for 5 years retiring after experiencing arm trouble. Kerry’s resume includes a win in the 1985 annual HOF game in Cooperstown, NY. & a summer spent in Indianapolis playing for the Indianapolis Indians which was the AAA farm team for the Montréal Expos. Talk about double trouble the big right handed joined the Expos farm club that also included THE BIG UNIT aka Randy Johnson!
Kerry is a longtime bar own in the Peoria, IL. & has taken his trade to Monticello!
