Misty Lake’s Pet Boarding Resort

Just picked up our lab from here. Pleased with the experience. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. The owners are very polite and I simply don’t believe they would say such things. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Our girl was well taken care of!

We just picked up our two dogs from an overnight stay and I am so upset I can barely type this review. We got a call yesterday that our smaller dog had escaped and last night they did finally get her back. When we arrived today, the first words from the owner’s mouth to me and my husband were «I’m so angry with you two, I could kill you first and then kill the dog.» No apology, no consolation, just angry reprimands for having a «devil dog.»
Having a kennel owner tell me they want to kill me, my husband, and our dog was inappropriate at best and frightening at worst.
As a customer in any business, I have never been spoken to so rudely and with such disrespect. Obviously, we will not return and I would not recommend that anyone else board their pet here.
