Gregory T.

Manager

Gregory Townsend is the Vice President & Branch Manager for the Middletown, New York and Monticello, New York offices of Marshall & Sterling. Previously, Mr. Townsend served as Sales Manager for the Middletown, NY Branch, having had an extensive sales career with Marshall & Sterling which has spanned more than 35 years. He has served as the County Legislator for the 7^th Legislative District, and as Chairman of the Public Safety & Emergency Services Committee. He also served on the Personnel & Compensation Commission, Human Services and Education & Economic Development Committee, Health and Mental Health Commission, Southeast Orange Traffic Committee and Off-​Track Betting (OTB) Special Committee. He is a former Trustee for the Village of Monroe, former President of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce, an Executive Board Member of the Monroe Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Executive Director of Monroe Housing Development for Seniors, Board Member of Middletown Kiwanis Club, and so much more.
