Gold’s Gym

Personally I would not give this gym even one star. The gym’s equipment is very old, the locker rooms smell and show their age. I would never get in the showers or use the facilities as from the appearance of the rest of the building I am assuming they are not very cleanly. The hot tub isn’t working very often, and the pool is disgusting. The customer service is horrific! When you sign up you are promised no annual fees for a year but repeatedly are charged a $ 29 fee for equipment maintenance which obviously they are not maintaining. I called corporate to find out about the charges multiple times, sent multiple emails and after 3 weeks someone FINALLY called me back. After all of their fees you are paying as much as a Lifetime Fitness I would suggest getting a membership anywhere but Gold’s to be honest.
