Ajax Termite & Pest Control

When we were closing on our house, we insisted the seller pay for a termite inspection. They hired Ajax Termite & Pest Control who charged them $ 100.00 for the inspection. We called Ajax to ask about the report and how often we should do a termite inspection of our property. Since it was only a few days after the inspection, they were so helpful and informative about giving us the low down on what they found while doing the termite inspection. They informed us that many years ago and two previous owners ago, a very strong, effective, long lasting but now illegal termite killing powder had been poured in, over and around the foundation and crawl spaces of the house. Termites didn’t stand a really good chance of living long if they got into our house. They told us how many of our neighbors have had the problem, why they had problems and how to keep from having the same problems. We seem to live in a high termite infested area which was good to know all this and wonderful fo them to provide this free education.
