I had a horrible experience with Melissa. She was completely indifferent and paid NO attention to me or what I wanted. I tried several time to show her pictures Of what I wanted both in color and cut. She was so preoccupied and every time I asked her something she would just appease me. There was no conversation or any connection whatsoever. I cannot believe that this is an Aveda Salon. What a disgrace. I had highlights and color. It came out horrible! There were reddish tones which I distinctly said I didn’t want. The color was at least 3 shades lighter than what I wanted. The cut was all uneven and way shorter than I wanted. It was hard to tell until I got home. When I realized how badly it was done, I called to have it fixed and left a message, but I never received a call back. Just as well, you can’t grow back hair overnight and who wants to go back after that? But still, they chose to ignore my call. Not cool!
It seemed that Melissa just saw me as an old lady who didn’t matter. I tried starting a conversation but got nothing. But it didn’t seem as though she had much skill. Don’t know how this salon praises her or anyone. Even if she is skilled, she didn’t care jack about me and that’s just not «Aveda» quality.
So disappointed! I always counted on Aveda salons, but this is unacceptable. I should really let Aveda know how disappointing this salon is!

Just got back from a wonderful experience at this salon. I had hi light, low lights and a cut done by GABE and the results are awesome. He fixed some previous color issues I was not happy about at another salon. He has great ideas as well.
I am fairly new to town and never thought I could get such quality service in this area. I saw several other cuts that the other stylist was doing and they also looked great when he was finished.
They use great products (Aveda), the place is clean and reasonable. Thanks GABE!

I arrived on time but the wait was half hour. Front desk a bit slow at the greeting. Once I was in the chair Annette was a miracle worker. This Houston Chia Pet Hair I had been trying to tame since I got here was tamed. The shampoo and blowout was exceptional with the AVEDA products. On project in Montgomery over the next few months so no opportunity to be Annette permanent client but she treated me as one of her own. Beautiful Salon, Great Product Line. THANK YOU ANNETTE!

Absolutely gorgeous inside. Friendly and fast service. I got Phillip which he was amazing. He washed, cut and style my hair amazing. It wasn’t expensive and totally worth every penny. I highly recommend coming to this salon and check it out for yourself

I have never been here before but decided to give it a try so I made an appointment for a pedicure. I made it for 11:45 and I had a hair appointment at 1:00 about 10 minutes away so the timing should have been great. I arrived right at 11:45 and was told by the receptionist that it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait because «she’s running behind.» I informed her that I had an appointment for my hair at 1:00 so she informed whoever it was that was supposed to be doing my pedicure and then came back and said that «she’s going to hurry.» Twenty-​five minutes later I’m still waiting with no one even remotely appearing that they are close to calling me back from the waiting room! I just got up and left and made an appointment with another spa. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never come here again. Do not go here. They will not respect your time.

We made an appointment for 4pm and we were both taken back by our stylist within 5 minutes of that time. When I arrived, the salon was nice and clean and had a very pleasant smell. Nice music softly playing. The receptionist was friendly. She offered us a drink (water, Coke, tea).

Annette:
Annette did my hair. She was so upbeat and friendly; she had great energy the entire time. I felt confidant after showing her a picture of what I wanted. Even though she saw I had a water, she offered me an adult beverage. Red or white wine, hot tea, or a beer. I chose the red wine. It was nice and relaxing the entire time. When she washed my hair, after coloring it, she placed a hot towel over my hair and slowly massaged and pressed on the back of the neck, releasing any tension. The hair washing chair was was very comfortable. I almost fell asleep. Blow dry with the round brush and offered me another glass of wine (which I declined). I’m very happy with my experience here and I will definitely be back.
Gabriel:
My daughter had her hair done by Gabriel (Gabe) red to blonde hombre. She actually requested him after watching him with another client a few months back. He was so upbeat and immediately made her feel like they’d been friends for years. She showed him the picture of what she wanted. He was ecstatic with her choice, even getting more excited when she showed him a super edgy haircut she’d been contemplating. You can tell he LOVES to do hair and sees it as a work or art. And knows his name is branded in the work he does. The hombre came out perfect. This is a technique that she’s had done before and other stylist have failed. We were very pleased with the way the color faded from a dark red to blonde; no straight lines. No mistakes. I’ll upload pics.

If your looking for a great salon look no further. This place is fantastic on all levels. Try GABRIEL he’s a color expert. All the staff is truely gifted. Great people. Great staff. Great environment.

Visited this salon from out of town. My mom & I were in town for a wedding and the week prior I broke my wrist. Because it made it difficult for me to wash and style my hair, we decided to schedule appointments and went here as recommended by the bride. Gabriel did my hair and Annette did my mom’s. Both of them were awesome! Polite, listened to what we wanted, and fun to spend time with. They also served mimosas while we were getting our hair done, which started the wedding fun off for us a bit early! If I am ever in town again I will definitely be returning!

Just got the best haircut in a long time! Melissa did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend! !!
