oswego!!! bad news!!! can’t bother to help their customers! sounds similar to montgomery! my daughter has been in there because her phone drops calls(5 – 10 times in a conversation!!!) and they do not care to help! she is surely dropping their service when she is done with this contract. i will be glad because we can’t finish a conversation. they say they are replacing towers in oswego, well, they could care less to have warned their customers or compensate them for the problems it is causing. also, when she is in naperville, the calls still drop, so what is sprint’s excuse there!
