Nathalie Trees, LAc, DMQ is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, Doctor of Medical Qigong, and Bodytalk practitioner. She holds a Masters degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperors College in Santa Monica, California as well as a Doctorate of Medical Qigong from the International Institute of Medical Qigong, under the supervision and training of Jerry Alan Johnson, PhD, DTCM, DMQ. Nathaiie Trees, LAc, DMQ integrates classical chinese medicine principles with modern approaches to wellness using herbal therapies, food based supplementation, medical qi gong exercises, and acupuncture.

Nathalie Trees, LAc, DMQ specializes in listening to your body’s innate wisdom. «Anything can cause anything» in the human experience, whether it is biological or energetic or karmic. By using applied kinesiology, we can both bypass the «story» and go to the root and the solution.

History

Established in 2007.

Nathalie Trees, LAc opened her healing practice in West Hollywood, California in October 2007. She maintained a private practice as well as acted as a part time herbalist at Dr. Tea’s in West Hollywood, California. In January of 2008 she felt the call of adventure and boarded the luxurious Sapphire Princess in Sydney, Australia and started an eight month contract as a cruise ship acupuncturist. After traveling from Australia through the pacific islands and into Alaska she boarded the Celebrity Century in Barcelona, Spain and cruised the Meditteranean for 3 months and crossed the Atlantic Ocean to the Carribean islands.

While on a road trip through California in 2009, Nathalie heard about Jerry Alan Johnson and his Medical QI gong training program in Monterey, California. She had studied Qigong for several years already and had been looking for a teacher for intensive training. Nathalie immediately fell in love with this area and established her practice here.
