We are a very new caterer to the Monterey Peninsula in many ways. Our primary goal is to surpass your expectations in all facets of our services. We believe clients have been short changed in the service and attention to detail aspect of catering. Our fresh approach will allow you be a guest at your own party!

I have been working with the public since age 11. Delivering the evening newspaper after school, to running the snack bar at the local golf course, to giving golf lessons, and now bringing a full service catering business to the Monterey Peninsula. Bringing a smile to peoples faces is what fuels me. I really enjoy interacting with guests and exceding their expectations. It is easy to say, but it is my focus to make it happen EVERY TIME!

‘Grace Under Pressure” has a picture of Bradley Pierce next it in the dictionary. There are so many great things about this man, his food, his staff and his company. I hired his catering company Top Shelf for an event at the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival. His food was delicious, his staff incredible and his general approach to working with us exceeded all expectations. I will hire Brad for ALL of my Pebble Beach events. If he lived in NYC, where I am based, I’d hire him here, too! Top Shelf is well named. They are the best at what they do and over deliver on every detail. Thank you Brad!

Brad helped us with my mother’s 80th birthday party. He met with us beforehand to make recommendations on where the food and drinks should go to maximize space and flow in a small space. The food was delicious and well-​presented in beautiful copper chafing dishes and high-​end looking serving utensils. Our event had between 50 – 60 people.
But the best thing was his service. I have thrown a lot of parties with different caterers over the years and no one can touch Brad for service. Throughout the party, he walked around and topped off people’s glasses (after remembering what they were drinking) and gently took empty used plates from the guests so they didn’t have to stop talking to find a trashcan. He looked after people and made the guests comfortable and was always attentive to them. I will not use any other caterer on the Peninsula from now on. Would highly recommend.

We recently had Brad help us with a party for 20ppl. Brad helped us with everything from drinks to serving food (we ordered Indian food from a restaurant). The service Brad provided was truly exceptional. There wasn’t a single thing I had to worry about except mingling with my guests. He was on time and even made a trip to the grocery store for things we were missing. He’s definitely a must-​have for any party! I’m definitely having him help us for our next party.

We recently had our wedding on May 15, 2010. Admittedly, even though we had a great tasting, we were nervous that our guests wouldn’t like the food. And that’s simply because we wanted everything to be perfect. But we had nothing to worry about. Everything was PERFECT! Some guests had seconds and even the food they boxed up for us was still delicious the next day after being microwaved. And a lot of our guests raved about the service!!! The bartender, the wait staff and Brad were all friendly and accommodating. We were extremely pleased. Brad was the integral person keeping us on time with a gentle nudge. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day with the most perfect caterer. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Brad and his staff cooked and served a Mexican dinner for 70 at a local Monterey Park. The food was great, the appetizers outstanding (love that ceviche) and the bar service excellent. Brad selected 2 good wines and several beers to compliment the food and they were just right. My guests, two big families getting to know each other at a rehearsal dinner, had a lovely time, and so did I.
