Dr. Auger and his staff are always so friendly and professional. Dr. Auger always come out the waiting room to give me a report on my sons progress. He by far is the best Orthodontist!

Both my two boys have been, and in the case of my youngest, is still undergoing treatment with Dr. Auger. We have been so fortunate in having him as our orthodontist. We’ve been coming to see him and his friendly, professional staff for the past ten years or so. It has been and continues to be a very positive and rewarding experience with the end result being big happy beautiful smiles and great looking teeth! I’ve also been fortunate and privileged to get to know Dr. Auger personally outside the office. Dr. Auger is highly principled, honest and fair. It has been truly a blessing knowing him and calling him friend. It’s also nice both being Cal Alumni as well.

Absolutely the best in the business. I am with Daughter #2 going threw the process of braces. Always the best people to be around. Always helpful and understanding. I would not go elsewhere in a million years.

Terrific Staff. Appointments on time. My 11 year old feels very comfortable and at ease during visits. Recommend this office and services for sure!

Amazing orthodontist. Dr. Auger is truly personable and friendly, not to mention excellent in his work. Staff is very efficient, friendly and competent as well. The office itself is a model of efficiency which speeds you through the appointments without the usual waiting you might expect. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Auger and his staff are great. They are very accommodating with my daughter’s schedule. You get in and out quickly and so far the results seem like they are going to be great. The office is inviting and relaxed and everyone who works there seems really happy including Dr Auger. So happy we found this office!

We have been coming to Dr. Auger since my 12 & 14 year old children were 5 & 7 years old. We did a brief phase 1 therapy and were put into a holding pattern to maintain space as the kids grew. My little girl started at an early age to correct a mis-​shaped upper arch and allow for more room for her permanant teeth as they came in. My son is about to begin a short phase 2 therapy to finish him up. I am also a dental hygienist and I can tell you that as a mom and a dental professional, I can refer my patients to this practice with confidence that they will have an outstanding experience and final outcome.

Someone who works at dr auger office sent me a message stating «if I just wear my retainer at night my teeth wouldn’t have moved and no need to retreat» alrighty… So let me say again. I did everything this office told me too from the time I was 8 – 12 years old. Including wearing my retainer every single night. I am now 26 years old. Don’t you think 14 years of nighttime retainer wearing is excessive? I sure do! And even with wearing it at night my teeth would move during the day. So sorry Lori. Your comment is garbage :)

I met with Donna at Dr. Augers office in the fall of 2013 to get started with Invisalign after I moved to California from NY. She was extremely pleasant and easy to work with and set me up with a financing option without any money down because I had good credit. I told her then that my husband and I might eventually move back to NY and asked her about how my transfer would work and she explained that a transfer is no problem and when the time came, they would set me up with an orthodontist in NY to finish my treatment. Over the next few months my treatment went nicely, I enjoyed coming to the office and my teeth were having decent results. June of 2014 was when I notified them I would be moving back to NY and they printed out a list of orthodontists I could see in NY. I scheduled my last visit with them for Aug 5 where Dr. Auger would be removing my attachments for my wedding at the end of the month in NY– and they would later be put back on in NY by the transfer Orthodontist. The day before my appointment I got a voicemail from Donna explaining I would need to bring to my appointment a payment in full for over $ 2,000 for the rest of my treatment plan. I was confused so I waited to speak to her the next day at the appointment and she told me instead they would give me my remaining trays up front and continue to charge me my monthly fee for the treatment and that I was set up with the Orthodontist in NY who would only charge me for the office visits and I would just use the trays they gave me. It was strange to me but I trusted them because they all seemed really nice and I didn’t think I had a reason not to. Well, at that point I was on tray 20 and it wasn’t fitting properly and I thought maybe it was just because the attachments were off so I continued to wear them at night like Dr Auger told me to do, but they kept fitting worse and worse. So I went to the Orthodontist in Ny in the beginning of September as soon as I got back from my honeymoon and I was then told that they are not sure why I was told I could use the trays Dr Auger gave to me and that I would actually need to get into a treatment plan with them in order to finish my case. They also had no idea why I would still be paying Dr Auger for services I am no longer receiving. (I also got 2 more opinions from other offices here and they said the exact same thing) So I called Donna and she said that’s not correct there’s a mistake and she would have Dr. Auger look into it and call me back. So a few emails go back between Dana and I (I am still not exactly sure who Dana is, I haven’t met with her in Dr Augers office) and she tells me that the quote I was given by the Dentist here in NY is FAIR. Obviously that was confusing to me since I was told something completely different by Donna. I attempted to speak to Dana on the phone about it and WOW! It had to have been the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. I was completely blown away by her attitude especially after I was actually hung up on by her. I sent a few more emails after that in the hopes of getting to the bottom of all this and I got no answer. I waited to see what would happen next and in the mean time my treatment is held up because I haven’t been able to start a new contract with a dentist here if Dr Augers office is still planning on charging me as if I am still his patient! So a month goes by with no response from them but they still attempted to charge my credit card so I called to speak with Donna. She called me back on speaker with Dana and I felt like I was being bullied. It was awful, I got spoken to completely disrespectfully as if I was a child and I was spoken over every time I tried to speak or ask a question. And then again… I was hung up on. So unfortunately for this office I have to warn everyone to beware before getting into treatment with them. They really need a lesson in professionalism and act like adults instead of speaking over someone and then hanging up.

Dr. Auger truly works for the good of his patients and wants everyone he sees to have a happy mouth. While on vacation, one of my daughter’s molars came out, but it was still attached to her braces so we couldn’t remove it. She was uncomfortable and having great difficulty eating or enjoying the trip. We called Dr. Auger after seeing his reviews on Unilocal; he fit us in the same day and made the repair for free. He could have charged us anything because we were in a bind or not accepted us because we weren’t his patients. What he did for us goes above and beyond the call of duty. If we lived there, he would definitely be my daughter’s orthodontist!

Best staff ever! Friendly, fast and accommodating! Don’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Auger and his entire team are the best!!! They answered all my questions and were on time and efficient! His office is beautiful and pleasant ;) I am excited to be treated by the best and given the best care!

Appointments are fast & efficient. Good customer service & available/​flexible in an emergency. Everyone working there appears to enjoy their job; a pleasant environment to be in.

Dr. Auger is great and his staff is wonderful! My 2 kids have had braces and are now in retainers. He was very conservative with removing teeth — only 4 unlike another Dr that said 8. Also, we couldn’t afford both of our kids at once and he helped us prioritize putting my youngest child’s treatment before my oldest due to some issues that would be harder to fix and more expensive later. We have had a great experience with this office and highly recommend them.

Dr. Auger and his staff are amazing. I have had a long journey in orthodontics and have seen other orthodontists throughout the years of having braces. No one compared to Dr. Auger! As a child, I saw him and 10+ years later. I went to see him again when I had to get braces back on for a jaw surgery. I owe not only my beautiful smile to him. but my confidence. My life has truly changed.
He helped me when I was just a just a kid with crooked teeth and an overbite… and years later, he helped me complete the final stage of a very serious and important surgery by preparing my teeth pre and post jaw surgery. I am so unbelievably happy and confident with my smile and that truly is priceless. I highly recommend Dr. Auger! He, and his entire staff, are the best!

I started my Invisalign treatment at the end of last year. Every visit has been quick and friendly and I never have to wait more than two minutes in the lobby. From check-​in to check-​out and through to the billing process, the staff at this office is wonderful to visit. I am completely satisfied with my treatments and highly suggest their services!

Excellent orthodontic office and cheerful staff made our visits enjoyable and relaxed. The decorations, dressing up by the staff, contests, and games really make coming to the dentist fun! Of course, we’re all pleased with the results of our daughter’s teeth too!

My 9 year old son Logan and I both see doctor Auger. My son is in his first phase of braces and I am in my 4^th month using Invisalign. The environment is great for kids and adults! Video games are provided for the kids to play while they wait for their appointment! For adults they have coffee, or tea to drink, magazines to read, or you can watch TV on a big screen. The staff is wonderful! Everyone is cheerful and always kind. Dr. Auger and his assistants are great when explaining procedures and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Auger!

We would highly recommend Dr. Auger’s practice for ortho. The staff is very friendly, always up beat and make it an easy process for getting and maintaining braces. You can tell everyone really cares about everyone else — from the staff to the patients.
