Mr. Parnie is a trial lawyer historically (not family law) so you must know up front that he has no interest in resolving your case peacefully. His entire focus is on intimidating the other party and escalating everything. He is the attorney of my ex, but this is not just bitter grapes. My ex just fired him. So, 3 years into our divorce and 9 days in court, we have made almost no progress. Just huge attorney fees!!! I say almost no progress because the few items for which the court has ruled have been AGAINST Mr. Parnie. In the meantime, I know 2 other people who have hired then fired Mr. Parnie because they said his only interest was in draining them dry.

This is by far the worst attorney for family law. He will drag everything out for as long as possible and to drain every penny you have.

This office came with high recommendations… wish I could say I could offer the same! My divorce was «final» in Jan 2011… June 2012 I got a call from the legal asst informing me that «your paperwork fell through the cracks»…May 2013 STILL dealing with it… AND there is NO final paper in the courts. Mr Parnie is a gem… his «help» is the problem! I laughed that fine Jan day on 2011 as we stood in front of the judge and Mr Parnie made the joke to the judge that «due to the ages of the involved attorneys, in the event of either of our deaths, we will turn this over to the courts»…I THINK HE WAS SERIOUS!!! So… amost 2.5 years later and I STILL waiting for that purple stamped paper to show up at the court house!
