Established in 2009.

Our company started off as a mobile repair business. Once we grey up and needed a way to service all of our customers needs under one roof we settled down in Monterey, CA! We have since been here fixing all variety of electronics. Our story is simple. Offer Flat-​Rate low cost no hassle repairs! We needed to ditch the old school repair mentality and get on board with what customers expect from a young company! We take the fear and pain out of getting anything fixed. We are friendly and fast and you can always reach a real tech and get free advice and estimates on the phone!

I have always had a passion for repairing things. It goes way back to my childhood. I come from a long line of «Repair Men» in my family. When my interests in electronic captivated me I knew there was only one calling. I take it upon myself to stay current with all trends tech and stay ahead. I am never too shy to take on any number of repairs and have fixed some bizzar things such as car circuit boards and diesel engine controllers. However my focus is more leaning into mobile devices like cell phones and tablets, laptops and so on. Keeping up is easy because this is also my hobby! When not in the shop I prefer to surf the waves in the ocean over the net and play some airsoft with my buddies!

I have been a customer here on multiple occasions. They worked on a HP laptop screen for me, they replaced a hard drive for me in my Samsung laptop, and have done several iPhone repairs on my wife’s phone. They are down to earth, reliable, and trustworthy. I’m not that computer savvy but they take their time explaining the different problems and solutions so that I can understand what they are doing. If you are looking to get your computer or phone fixed then this is the place to go. No hassle, just good, honest results and great prices.

Brought in an iPhone 6 because the screen was almost completely shattered and they repaired it with no problems. Whole process took about an hour. The phone looks brand new. Have a decent amount of cases too. Small shop but made a big difference. Highly recommend. Very professional and courteous. Great job. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service. The staff was very knowledgeable and made reasonable recommendations for upgrades to a small work PC/​Tablet so I can run larger programs. They are reasonably priced and installed within 48 hours. All my former programs were on the new SSD Hard-​drive as well as all updates for all my programs. Im very happy with the shop. I will revisit the next time I need computer work.

Once again Matt and his crew saved data for me. This time from a broken external hard drive. My important files were saved and transferred to a new drive. All considered the price was very fair. The job was completed in the estimated time.

Wow another 5 star review but well deserved.
I was having trouble with my wi-​fi and saw that these people were rated 5 star.
I thought no way.
But I brought my computer in. They were busy. Spoke with Lance and he thought the issue was the chip but because it was an intermittent problem he was only guessing at the fix.
He quoted me the price and said it would be ready Friday.
On Thursday he called and said the unit was ready.
I picked it up Friday and Lance explained what he did and made sure to tell me several times about their warranty and if there are any issues to come back.
This group is great. I hope they keep it up as they get busier. Maybe another counter person would help.

AMAZING!
My computer stopped working. We started looking at buying a new computer and figured we would bring it here in a last effort of saving this one.
They guaranteed us that if the computer was not fixed that we did not pay a penny and quoted us on how much it costs to retrieve the data just in case.
I was told 4 – 5 business days to get the part and have it fixed. I got a call after 3 days saying that it was done! My computer is as good as new! and the price was less than people were saying it should cost to replace my DC jack.
I highly recommend going here!
The people working were very friendly! So is their ADORABLE corgi!

i dropped my 4s on the way to class and it shattered pretty bad.
matt told me it would be $ 65 and he even included a housing unit switch out because my 4s was beyond repair.

The owner Matt is amazing. I had a busted up custom built computer with a broken case, bleach spilled all over the motherboard and a non genuine version of windows along with various other issues. I was so stressed out that all the data was lost and my expensive graphics card was ruined. Matt patiently went over everything that was wrong with it and gave me a very fair price to fix up and improve everything.
When I got my computer back it was like a completely different machine. They patiently explained all the improvements made and meticulously went over everything on my new computer. This place is awesome and the owner is really cool and knows a ton about tech stuff. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Monterey area. If I could rate this place higher than 5⁄5 I would.

I was visiting the Monterey Bay area when my Samsung S4 (with Verizon service) suddenly could not charge. About a block away, I was lucky to find Matthew and his great shop. At first, we thought that the device innards had been exposed to some moisture (the evidence being that the small strip opposite the contact point had partially turned purple).
On the spot, Matthew (the owner and proprietor) quickly disassembled the device and determined that the charging port was damaged. He had a spare component charging port for Sprint service. He asked me to give him an hour and he would try to cannibalize the small port piece itself from the Sprint device to my device. If he couldn’t do this successfully, he was overnight a new component part.
The beach is across the street from the shop, so I took an hour-​long walk and enjoyed the beautiful day.
Upon my return, my day became even more beautiful when Matthew told me that he had been able to fix the device. I cannot begin to thank him (and his team) enough. He deserves to be very proud of his business. They are honest and the price is definitely right.
It takes me an awful lot to give anyone a 5-​star review on Unilocal but this one was easy. I’d give them more if I could. Whether you are local or passing through, if you every experience a problem with your phone or computer, make this place your first stop. It will be the end of your computer and mobile device worries.

These guys are terrific. I had a frustrating problem with my iPod. Took it to the Apple Store and they wouldn’t help me or look at because they were too busy! (It was a Tuesday late morning)
So I had to make an appointment and come back in 90 minutes. (Inconvenient and adding insult to injury.)
So I stopped by here and in 5 seconds he fixed it for me. No charge. This is the place to go for help with Apple products. Especially if you don’t like the noisy, chaotic vibe of the Apple Store.

I found this shop while looking for a cheap laptop. I got a great deal on a great little high performance laptop. After explaining why I needed to buy a new laptop, Matt suggested I let him look at my old Dell, which just beeped at me I tried to turn it on. In 5 minutes, they had it running and did it for no charge. While I was waiting, Matt assisted another customer with some adjustments to the settings on her tablet to improve performance, again, at no charge. Helpful, caring and most importantly, trustworthy. Hard to find these qualities. If you need your phone or tablet fixed, this is the first call to make.

I keep meaning to review this place-​and am adding to the chorus of accolades. I have three teenagers and am a klutz myself, so we’re regulars for things like screen replacement, battery replacement, charging-​port replacement… They’ve repaired 4’s, 5’s, 5c’s – any issue we have, any phone – quickly and for far less than what I would’ve paid at the Apple Store, or even using the «insurance» through my cell carrier. I suppose the only drawback would be that they’re closed on weekends, but hey, everyone deserves to have a life. :)

These folks have done two repairs for me recently. They replaced the screen on an iPhone 5, while I waited!!! Then, I took them my early 2008 21″ iMac, which had slowed to such a crawl it’s start up time rivaled the Windows based PC I used to own. Generating a new Finder window triggered the spinning ball while contents of the window loaded. «I think you probably need a new hard drive» was the diagnosis.
As testament to how cooperative these folks are, the gave me the new HD specs and let me go to Best Buy to buy it, bring it back to them and let them get started on the HD replacement process sooner that would otherwise have been the case.
The diagnosis was correct. Machine runs great now. They cloned my «failing» HD, (which took almost 12 hours), copied the clone to the new, bigger HD, and then installed it.
So, you got a computer problem? Go see these folks. They’re personable, they’re knowledgeable, they’re reasonably priced. What more can one ask for?

I was reluctant to fix my cracked iPhone 4s screen since it is getting up there in age, but I am happy I did. 70 dollars and 45 minutes is all it took to restore my device to its former glory. Thanks to these folks, I will be able to sell my iPhone once i do decide to upgrade.
This spot is friendly, fast, and affordable. I highly recommend! Plus, there is an adorable corgi you can play with while you wait!
