Had a good experience with Bomarito towing! Unfortunately my van wouldn’t start this morning so I called Mark and he came within 45 minutes and got the van out of the driveway so he could put it on the tow truck. He was quick, polite, and efficient. Will call again for any towing needs we may have.

Our car broke down on a Sunday night a day before our military move across country. He not only came out on a Sunday night, he got us arranged at a local mechanic who could work on our car first thing in the am… Then; since we only had one car he drove us home. You will never find service like this. His rate was outstanding and he had his adorable puppy in his car which made me forget about my stress and calm me down. Trust me you will not be disappointed. It was a Sunday night !!! 5 stars, outstanding customer service, and a great man !!! Highly recommend.

Car broke down in Big Sur far away from cell service and civilization. Mark brought his tow truck out on a Saturday afternoon and took us to a mechanic in #monterey. ThAts a long way.
Well, The car started after coming off the flatbed so we didn’t need to leave it at his suggested mechanic overnight. He definitely saved our bacon though. Not only that but he called us ½ hour later to make sure we were all good on our drive home!
Bonus; We got to meet his cute little dog: Lola in the cabin of his truck. She had a calming affect on this worrisome situation

Super fast response. Professional. Knows what he’s doing. Doesn’t give the impression that he thinks women are stupid about cars *or* a creeper. Friendly but not annoying to an introvert (important). This guy rocks!
My insurance, State Farm, contracts with him for roadside assistance. After 20+ years of AAA (and plenty of calls over those years), this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I would definitely recommend him to others.
