Description

Specialties

During difficult times it can be hard to reach out for support. I respect and admire those who are willing to give therapy a try. I encourage you to find a therapist you connect with and who will support you through this challenging time. Finding the «right fit,» with someone who you can work collaboratively with is the most essential part of therapy. You have the power to take the brave first step in reaching out to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Using a warm, genuine, yet direct, approach, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and children reach their ultimate potential for growth. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, nurturing environment where you will have the opportunity to explore ways to employ your strengths and examine practical solutions. I utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused, and humanistic approach in working with you based on your unique individual needs.

My hope is to have the opportunity to connect with you and work together towards achieving the positive change you would like to experience in your life.
