I have worked with several personal trainers throughout the years and I could honestly say Cynthia Cook is the BEST!
I started my sessions with Cyndi 4 weeks ago and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She has helped me drop weight and is getting me in better shape every day.
Cyndi has an extensive amount of knowledge that puts her ahead of the rest. She makes sure I have proper form when doing my workouts to achieve the best results without risking any type of injury.
