I was referred to Byte Technology from another web designer after I lost functionality on my WordPress blog due to required updates. The owner, Terry, gave me a fair and honest scope of work and got my blog/website updated and functional within a few hours. I have come back to Byte Tech time and time again for various website updates and issues, they always email me/call be back promptly. They are a very efficient with my requested work and usually have all projects finished in a few hours. Pricing is very fair. Terry is an honest guy, and I am a loyal customer! I highly recommend Byte Technology to any business needing help with their website or blog!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Byte Technology and Terry Low for over 7 years now and have been thrilled with the service. We originally contacted Terry to have our site redesigned. After talking with him and at his recommendation we opted to construct a new site. Byte did a miraculous job, in a short time and at an unbelievable price point for the work they did.
Over the years I have contacted Terry with several issues that have come up. Not only has he resolved the issues, he made recommendations to improve the site and to make it more pleasingly functional. As you can imagine, over the years there have been numerous changes, upgrades and improvements. Without fail, Byte/Terry has come to our rescue and bailed us out. A perfect example occurred recently when we found that we didn’t have our password to gain access to our ecommerce panel. Considering that rules out pricing changes, product changes, any upgrades, basically putting us out of business.
I contacted Terry late on a Friday, explained the issue and asked for assistance. In spite of the late hour on a Friday when everyone else was going home, he and his team muscled their way in, gained access and reset our password. Before the end of the evening we were back up and running.
Terry is the consummate professional. I can’t imagine dealing with our web site if it weren’t for Terry having our back at every intersection. I can recommend Terry and Byte Technology with 100% confidence that you will get the best, most professional service in a timely manner. My only complaint is that Unilocal only has 5 stars available for rating. .. no where enough for Byte Technology!
