Wow! Had my eyebrows threaded for the first time while out of town visiting family, so I was determined to fine a good threading place locally. Today was my first visit and Bibi’s is great! Dolores owns the business, I believe Bibi is her sister in law who used to own it and still owns the SF location. Her other sister in law also does threading on site.
The hours are little weird but whatever works for them, right? Because of the hours and their repeat customers it is best to make an apt bc it is hard for them to accommodate walk in clients. I called and text Dolores and she was quick to respond. She is also very attentive and makes sure she is providing great and quality customer service, not talking on the phone or texting like many other beauty salon employees do.
Because I was the only post lunch apt I did have to wait a couple minutes but that’s ok.
Note: this location is up a flight of stairs with no handicap/​wheelchair access.

BiBi’s Skin Care & Threading is fabulous! I have been looking for a threading studio in the peninsula for awhile, and choosing this business was perfect, I was very satisfied with my eyebrows after my visit.

Dolores has done a fantastic job with my unruly eyebrows! She does facial threading, and also gives excellent manicures and pedicures. Her fees are reasonable and she’s very professional. It’s best to call for an appointment since the shop hours can vary.

Every time I see Shahnaz, I leave so happy. Not only does she do the most amazing job with my eyebrows, she’s one of the sweetest, down to earth people I know. I never have to tell her how I want my eyebrows done, I just lay in the chair, and she works her magic. Shahnaz has been doing my eyebrows for almost 7 years and I’ll keep going to her, until she retires =)

Shenaaz did a great job as usual on my facial threading and my underarm and leg waxing. There is no one better out there than Shenaaz for both services.

I showed up at 4:25 for a 4:30 appointment and the door was locked – no note, no phone call.
This is after I had spoken to her at 3:00, that same day, and confirmed the appointment.
I definitely won’t let them waste anymore of my time.

Bibi is fantastic! Threading was new to me just a few years ago and now I am hooked. It is so much better then waxing and Bibi does a marvelous job! My skin glows when I leave and I get so many compliments on my eyebrows. If you are thinking of trying threading. do not hesitate to call Bibi. You won’t be disappointed!
