Established in 2005.
Amir’s kabob house openned its doors on October 20, 2005. Amir’s Kabob House is family owned. It is the first and only Afghan restaurant in the Monterey Peninsula.

Business Owner
I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and lived in United States for 20 years. I graduated in Monterey High School and a CSUMB alumni. My passion have always been cooking good food and sharing them with family and friends. My mother is my teacher and she is the best cook I’ve ever known. I thank her for teaching me everything that I know about kabobs and afghan cookings. I hope to get to meet you when you come in my restaurant.
