Erasto R.
Business Owner
Erasto Robles, a native of Central Mexico, come to the United States in 1992. Having no family here, he immersed himself in his work. His passion for food made him lean towards a career in the food service industry. He started off by getting a job with the tea franchise giant Quickly. While working there, he picked up the recipes and techniques of preparing the food and drinks and operating the machines for himself.
In 2001, he opened his very own franchise of Quickly in Monterey Part in East Los Angeles, CA. Ever since, he has expanded his menu and he now serves so many flavors of freshly produced bubble tea, smoothies, coffees, and juices, among many others items on his menu, to his happy customers.
