So once again we visited this shoe store. Once again you made us feel good. Your store has one of the best customer service people. They receive you with a smile and the girls were willing to help us out. They went far and beyond their way to help us look for the right shoes. They also related all of the sales and mark downs they had in the store. Thanks girls you are great. I will be back.

Didn’t come here as a customer. Needed some empty shoe boxes for our churches’ Operation Christmas Child and the sales associates here graciously kept a few boxes for me to pick up. They didn’t have to but they did. Can’t say anything about their shoes but their customer service (I imagine) is exceptional.

The staff at Payless in Atlantic Square has been really pleasant and attentive. Not like you would expect in a big chain store, but much better. And I have been really enjoying my cute shoes at low price. So friendly staff and cute shoes in this economy, I really appreciate!
