Business Owner

Dr. Kang came from a family background of different fields of doctors. His father is an orthopedic surgeon and since Dr. Kang was young, he was exposed to many different people in need of help and grew up passionate to helping others who are in need.

Since then, Dr. Kang has helped many patients in similar situations through the power of Chiropractic to help them out of pain, prevent worse case scenarios before they happen and educate patients to love and care for their bodies.

Dr. Kang has a background in sports medicine as well as treating common injuries. He is full body certified in Active Release Technique as well as a sponsor of Iron Man Competitions.

Dr. Kang is happily married to Dr. Hong who he has met during his Chiropractic school years. This husband and wife combo team is here to service the community, and bring the new perspective to the chiropractic and acupuncture to the community.

I thought I wrote a review before– But hands down Dr K is the best. They do way more than most other chiropractors– stimulus, short massage, heat, sometimes a machine decompression and of course the adjustment. They spend the time on you as necessary. Will it be packed busy? Sometimes because they’re so good and its worth it! Do they listen to you and treat you like a human, a real patient? Absolutely! I have always felt as though they treated me taking my pain and concerns serious– they don’t rush you in and out. I’ve been to many chiropractors, and by far Dr K and his team really are the best.

I was referred by my co worker who spoke very highly of Dr. Khang after I had an injury to my back. Let me just start off by saying, Dr. Khang impressed me immediately after speaking to him. He asked me questions that the ER doctors didn’t go over with me to try & pin point the cause of my pain. I walked in there limping and in so much agony, but after a couple visits with therapy sessions, my back has been slowly getting better! He’s amazing, caring & knowledgeable!

Dr. Kang is amazing and I’m not saying this because everyone at UFC Gym goes to him. I had an accident when I was 15. What I thought was a sprain was actually a tear in my ACL but it never bothered me because I wasn’t physically active as I am now. During training I hyper extended my left leg which left my knee swollen for a month. The ortho at Kaiser said I needed an MRI. I had the MRI done and 2 weeks later when I went in for the results the ortho said I had a full torn ACL and that I would need surgury to replace the ACL. At that time I began seeing Dr. Kang per my trainer/​coaches recommendation. Dr. Kang asked me to bring in the MRI. He told me I don’t have a full torn ACL but I do have a partial tear. He said he could help me reduce the swelling and rehab my leg muscles to get stronger to compensate not using my ACL. I also had liquid in the knee (bakers cyst) which the ortho didn’t offer to drain but said it would go away on its own, which would but in the meantime I would be in pain. Dr kang took care of all that. I’m happy to report that I don’t need surgury and that I can bend my knee. I still have 2 weeks of therapy to go but I don’t have to have surgury, which would have cost me $ 2,700. Out of my own pocket. I’ve recommend Dr. Kang top everyone I can and I will continue to do so. He’s awesome!

I’ve been going to Dr. Kang for about 3 months now. He is the best chiropractor doctor I’ve ever seen. He is so knowledgeable about all medical fields that relates to human bone, muscle and even area that are beyond his specialty scope.
Doctor Kang viewed my MRI and Xray CD for my injuries, examined me and the explain to me in details, using terms that I understand, about my injuries and then recommends treatments. Dr. Kang shows a genuine care for his patients and has help me tremendously with my injuries. He’s always very patient and helpful in answering any health questions I have.
Iris who assists Dr,. Kang with her amazing therapeutic acupressure massage is top notch in all my 10+ years of experience with masseuses. She’s so far helped broke up my left shoulder scar tissue and relief a lot of pain from my shoulders. She’s now working on my lower back. The session with Iris is extremely painful and you can expect to be sore for a few days and even some small bruises but the payoff is pure heavenly relief from pain.

I highly recommend Dr. Kang for his superior medical professions/​knowledge and his passion for treating each of his patients with genuine care! Sessions with Iris is also highly recommend, if you can withstand the pain.

My husband and I have been going to so many chiropractors. and we haven’t felt so relieved in years! Dr Kang definitely knows what he’s talking about and all his staffs are so friendly! They never leave you hanging and work super hard! I have a really bad back and in only two treatments I feel so much better. it’s amazing.
My husband has stiff shoulder, neck and discomfort in his ribcage and he is also raging about this place with compliments!
Seriously don’t even think twice about trying this place out. Thank you all the staff and Dr! :)))

I’ve been to 3 different Chiropractors for lower back pain from heavy weightlifting. I’m currently a 21 so I shouldn’t be having back pain.
Dr. Kang is different from other chiropractors that just cracks your back and sends you out. He starts with electric stims, then has his own personal masseuse give you some hardcore massage that makes even the manliest of men squeel. After that, you proceeds with active release depending on which muscle needs to be addressed. If he feels that not enough tension was released, he will work more to make sure you feel muc better. Finally, he will adjust your back. This whole process takes above an hour, depending on severity of injury.
I visited him yesterday because I had major hip tension on my left (solid as a rock) and he was able to release almost all of it after a grueling session of 2 hours. He understands athletes that athletes will continue to train hard so he doesn’t try to sell you any wishywashy voodoo healing trick. I will most definetly visit Dr. Kang as long as I continue to lift.
By far, K&H inspirational is the best chiro I’ve visited. Cost is extremely worth it considering the amount of time Dr. Kang devotes to his patients.

A friend from my gym (Barbell Brigade) recommended I come visit Dr. Kang for my nagging knee pain and after ignoring it for a few weeks and accumulating several more injuries (d’oh), I decided to give him a visit.
I called and he was able to set an appointment for later that day. Unfortunately he does not accept Aetna insurance.
He spent a total of 2 hours consulting and treating me. He used the graston technique on my knee (scar tissue removal) and and my right tricep and besides the soreness from the actual treatment, my knee has felt pretty good so far.
I got a massage on my upper back and arms and he also aligned my spine and cracked my neck.
I liked that he actually spends time talking to you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He answered all my questions and gave me some recommendations on supplements I should consider taking.
Dr. Kang is friendly, doesn’t rush through you, and seems to actually care about his patients. I’m going back next week!

A chiro that is covered completely by my insurance?! Say no more.
I walk out of here with heightened senses; colors are brighter, the world shimmers a little bit, and there is a walk-​up Dim Sum spot RIGHT next door. Chirpractic adjustments and Har Gow on demand?! Stop. Collaborate and listen.
Dr Kang is always paying attention to you, even when he’s got 4 other people to juggle. Make your appointments early, before the bodies start piling up! There are multiple rooms for therapy. Massage by a guy who wears ninja shoes (or a solft spoken 5′ woman who has the strength of 10 men), that fire cup thing, all sorts of gadgets and machinery. It’s just awesome.

They take insurance, include massage, and the guy that answers the phone was helpful. He checked my insurance prior to me coming in and called me back within 10 minutes.
Chiropractor explained to me what was going on and put me at ease. I did not ask for an explanation, but I think he general just wanted me to be comfortable.
