Todd cut his teeth in real estate at the age of 20. At that time he and two of his friends went to interview for a potential house to rent. When they arrived at the house and knocked on the door; the landlord opened the door; looked at each of them; began laughing; and quickly shut the door without saying a word. Did he see «party» or «liability» written across their faces? Perhaps.

Disappointed, Todd was determined. Determined to take that negative situation and make it positive. So what did he do? He did what any 20 year old would do. Buy a home and rent out two of the rooms to his friends to help cover the mortgage payment. This experience transitioned into future real estate transactions and investments. Todd is excited to share his knowledge, experience and resources with you today.
