History

Established in 1989.

After managing the salon at the Four Season Biltmore in Santa Barbara I opened my salon, Cygnet Le Salon and Spa in Montecito. I sold Cygnet and took my business under first the Shear Pleasure Salon, and now have relocated to Hair Lounge of Montecito.

Hairstylist first in Arizona, now in Santa Barbara Ca. I have been in the hair and makeup industry for over 25 years.

I love my career, love my clients and believe in education, education education!

I became a Master Stylist to help train others, and a Master Colorist to expand my color skills.

I have been a platform artist, R&D salon, and educator.

I am part of a cancer resource team, trained to work with cancer patients.

I am a long time member of Leads Club Intl. and past president of Coast Village Rd business association.

I support the Search Dog Foundation, Humane Society, and other animal rescue organizations.

I have completed Mediation Certification through UCSB and when I’m not working with client’s hair I do business, family and organizational mediation.
