I had a problem with my computer connecting to the Internet and wifi and they reasoned with me and gave me an excellent deal. Would recommend.

Took my iPhone 6 to get a screen replacement recently. My father picked it up the next day (as I work & he lives close to the shop). When I received my phone back from my father, the screen was fine and working but I noticed it had a grey crescent along the front facing camera (never an issue before). A week later I brought it back, he offered to «fix it». When I received it from my father the next day, the grey crescent was only reduced. Not what I was expecting… As well as a new cosmetic damage (looks like an air bubble/​water stain/​puncture in the metal). And to top it off the guy returned my phone without my original case. As if he wants me to drop it the next day & have to return for another screen replacement.
Was a nice gesture for my dad to go out of his way to fix my screen for Christmas but I’ll be paying him back for wasting his money.
I will be taking my business elsewhere to fix the new damages on my phone.

Jose fue muy atento desde que entre a su negocio y para ser sincero estuve apunto de comprar otra computadora pero Jose me explico que no era necesario. I had an issue with my custom desktop PC not booting up. I brought it in late afternoon before they closed on a Thursday. He was able to diagnose my problem firs thing in the morning the next day. Turns out, I had a short on my motherboard. He was able to fix the short, and now my computer runs just as well as it did before I had my issue.
I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily tried to con me into buying unnecessary replacement parts and charging me more for the labor.
I’ll definitely be coming in again!

I had to fix my laptop before I headed up to Oregon to work the fire season as a wildland firefighter. I brought my laptop to X-​PCzone Computer Repair because of the good reviews on Unilocal.So I brought in my laptop on Tuesday and I was due to leave on Saturday morning to Oregon. I knew I was cutting it really close on time. They told me they would do their best to have it all ready to go on Friday, but it might not be ready in time. So I already was making plans to have it mailed up to me, but two hours later they called me back telling me that they had been making phone calls all around town and found a vender who had the part needed to fix my laptop and that it would be ready the next day. The price also stayed the same. No «finders fee». I couldn’t believe it. X-​PCzone has great customer service and does great work for a great price. They will go up and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again X-​PCzone Computer Repairs!

I got my laptop repaired with a broken usb connection. They were straight forward with the pricing and kept me updated on the repair. I was very satisfied with the excellent service and reasonable price to repair my laptop. I would highly recommend this computer repair shop compared to Best Buy Geek Squad and Office Depot repair services, they are better in service and price. They will take good care of you.

I was looking for a place to repair my laptop. My Best Buy warranty expired already, I got a flyer from this place couple of weeks ago (and I usually throw away flyers) and decided to give them a try, besides they offered a 10% discount., I called ‘em and they told me to bring my laptop for a free estimate.
Talked to the guy he took my info and I explained what my problem was, he said he was going to call me after checking my laptop.
Couple of hrs later got I call saying that he could fix my dc jack, gave me the estimate which I could afford considering how important is to have my laptop up and running, it was a weekend, and by monday my laptop was ready.
Then for my luck that same week I deleted by mistake some files, and took the laptop over and they said they will see if they could recover the data, they didn’t over promise that would be recovered, I made some calls to nearby shops and without even looking at my problem they gave me an estimate in how much they will charge and I thought it was too much.
So once I again I decided to trust them to see if I could have my data recovered. long story short, the next day guy called me all my files were saved in an external hd.
This review is based on my experience with the X-​Pc zone guys, since they recover my data and fixed my dc jack, I gonna stick with them in case one day I have any other issues w my laptop.
