We rented a party bus for a party of 15 for our prom night. The party bus came on time when they had to pick us up and it worked out great! It was definitely clean and had a professional look to it as well, but although the beginning was fantastic, when the party bus came to pick us up, that’s when it started to go down hill. We rented the party bus for 7 hours and when prom had come to an end, we were expecting our party bus to be waiting outside just like every other party bus or limousine. We waited about an extra hour for the bus to come pick us up because there was an «issue» with the bus’s headlights. When the party bus arrived and we got into the bus, there were equipment of a different party (bachelorette party). There was alcohol in the bus which none of us were legally allowed to have. Mike broke the contract and was only willing to reimburse a small portion. I wouldn’t recommend VIP Transportation Service to anyone.

Cannot rave enough about this company! Everyone was super professional and helpful. The owner Miguel helped us from square one to follow up, which really made the whole process seamless. The driver was on time and waited for us while we were at the concert, just as planned. We couldn’t get the music connector to work to play from our phones but the driver blasted the radio so it was all good! Everything went great. If you want a stress free evening of fun, use these guys!

We needed services for my dear mothers services who lost her battle to cancer. Miguel the owner assisted me readily & schedules everything without me questioning any additional worry. The extended cadillac limo was on time and in a clean condition. The driver came to our front door, introduced himself & gave us his condolences. He was well mannered & was sincere with what we were going through. I have uses this service before & it has never let me down. Trust, reliability & understanding is in this service. My wife recently surprised me with a romantic dinner in Downtown Long Beach to celebrate my recent promotion. Little did I know she arranged us to travel in style in a VIP Transportation Service Party Bus. She invited eight of my friends to join us. The party bus was first and foremost on time. The driver was very professional. The bus was completely stocked with champagne, beers, and sodas for the brief trip to LB. The driver opened the doors and helped the ladies in and out of the bus. He promptly picked us up when we were through.
On the way home we raved about the great price Mike gave us and two of my guest were anxious to use Mike and VIP for their children’s prom and graduation.
VIP delivered!

We were referred by a friend who had used this company For her B-​day and was completely satisfied, so I decided to use them. we called VIP and booked a limo for a wine tour… the driver was on time, was dressed properly and very polite. we even got a complimentary bottle of wine to start the day off right !! Dam!!! Vip transportation Made my night on the town with my lady a great experience. Sal my driver was very professional at all times. Mike took care of me in such short notice.

I used VIP for my wedding day and was extremely please with their service. Mike was very helpful over the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. This was also a last minute request but he was very accommodating and friendly to deal with. The limo was clean and tidy (white Escalade) and the driver, Ruben, was a gentleman and so patient with us. The AC worked and we could control the music on our in the limo. It was a great ride and we felt very comfortable in the limo and with Ruben being our drive. Mike is the man!!!

I am using my moms account to post this review. I was referred by my friend to use VIP Transportation Service. I was speaking with Mike back and forth and he was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I rented the 30 person bus for my 23rd birthday this past Friday the 18th. I had such a blast with my friends in the bus, and I will definitely recommend this service to all of my friends and family, and I will be renting with this service again. Our driver was Blanca, and she was so sweet and professional! Thank you for a great night!

I have used this transportation service a few times already and I have nothing bad to say! I usually use the Mercedes Sprinter and I enjoy it because I can fit most of my friends and we can have a great time while feeling comfortable. The Sprinter was clean and very modern and has lights on the inside, drinks offered, phone charging capability and an aux chord. I think the driver’s name was Miguel who has driven us the few times we used their service. He kept in contact with me through text before pick up and also when he was on his way to the venue to pick us up. I would recommend this service and I have a concert the end of Feb and I am booking them!
